WHO WE ARE
VFE is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization providing life coaching for veterans, their friends, and their families. This non-profit organization focuses on personal and professional development to help close the gaps between reality and dreams.
OUR VISION
VFE will assist individuals by first helping them determine and set personal and professional goals, and then assisting our clients in creating road maps to help them overcome individual barriers. Our certified life coaches are skilled in helping motivate, heal, and providing emotional support. Our goal is to help all individuals tap into their full potential so that they can live a fully enhanced quality of life.
DWAYNE DAVIS- FOUNDER AND CEO
Mr. Davis has served in the United States Army for 20 years and 14 years in the Federal Civil Service. He has vast experience in life coaching and conflict resolution; he is also a certified conflict resolution mediator, certified addiction counselor, and a Master’s accredited life coach. He has expert experience in facilitation, career development, and program outreach. Mr. Davis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral and Social Science and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
While in the military, he was a member of the prestigious Audie Murphy Club. The membership exemplifies leadership characterized by personal concern for the needs, training, development, and welfare of soldiers. Additionally, he was Employee of the Year for the U.S. Army Communication Electronic Command as a federal civilian. Also, out of 30,000 civilian employees, he was selected as one of the top ten employees of the Army Materiel Command.
Veterans & Friends Empowered, Inc. was started in 2019 by Retired First Sergeant Dwayne Davis. Historically, he has always had a passion for helping veterans and their friends by personal and professional development coaching. As a result of military and federal civilian retirement, Mr. Davis formed creative new ideas to continue giving back and helping veterans and friends.
